Jiangsu Actually Utilizing Foreign Capital up 35.5% in the First Months

From Jan. to Apr., Jiangsu actually utilizing foreign capital stood at USD 10.42b, up by 35.5% year-on-year. The growth is higher than 25.6% of last year, and the total volume had accounted for 47.1% of last year.
This year, new modes with which Jiangsu utilizes foreign capital are being expanded. Firstly, the acquisition level has been uplifted, so from Jan. to Apr., 540 foreign capital acquisition projects were approved with accumulated foreign capital of USD1.87b, including such industries as telecom, machinery manufacturing, urban public infrastructure facilities, real estate, warehouses and trade. Secondly, business-pioneering investment has new breakthroughs. 15 business-pioneering investment enterprises and 6 business-pioneering investment management companies had been approved. Thirdly, out-bound capital circulation is jumping. The newly approved foreign-invested shares limited liability companies mostly have clear finance listing intentions at home and abroad.
